We’re working with a fast-growing global eCommerce brand that has a direct-to-consumer (D2C) focus and a passion for innovation, they are looking for a Digital Advertising Executive to join their ambitious team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Meta Ads experience to own digital advertising strategy and drive results on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
Lead performance-driven global digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and emerging platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
Manage KPIs including CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CAC, continuously optimising campaigns to meet performance goals.
Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to ensure targeting precision and campaign relevance.
Collaborate with the website team to align landing pages with ad content, ensuring a seamless and high-converting user journey.
Plan and execute campaign strategies for product launches, brand events, and promotions.
Manage digital advertising budgets and provide accurate spend forecasting and reporting.
Brief the creative team on advertising content needs, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and channel best practices.
Work closely with the copywriting team to develop engaging, high-performing ad copy.
Analyse campaign data, extract actionable insights, and report on performance to inform strategy.
Design and run A/B tests to validate campaign hypotheses and continuously improve effectiveness.
Partner with organic social and email marketing teams to deliver cohesive customer journeys.
Stay on top of digital advertising trends and platform updates to ensure cutting-edge campaign strategies.
About You:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, with proven success running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram); Google Ads experience highly desirable.
Strong skills in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting.
Analytical thinker with experience using performance data to drive campaign decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and persuasive ad content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
