Our client, an award winning legal firm is looking for an experienced paralegal to join their busy conveyancing team. This role can offer excellent opportunities for additional training and career progression

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our clients busy team. The ideal candidate will assist lawyers in preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings, while also managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in office software.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of an effective and efficient team, covering others where necessary
  • Dealing with transactions from initial instruction to post completion
  • Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with clients, ensuring their conveyancing needs are fulfilled.
  • Extensive liaison – pro-actively and professionally communicate with clients in a professional manner, external partners, internal clients both via telephone and by email.
  • Referring to Senior colleagues – relaying messages and providing assistance where possible

About you:

  • Residential Property assistant/Paralegal experience required.
  • Willing/able to work in the Banbury office.
  • Works well as a member of a team
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Holds a flexible approach
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Punctual, honest, and trustworthy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understands confidential nature of the environment
  • Previous similar experience required – Essential
  • IT Skills – Essential
