As part of this growth, they are now looking for a talented Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day finance operations including processing invoices and payments
Handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks
Supporting month-end reporting and preparing financial documentation
Carrying out bank reconciliations (Sterling and Euro)
Monitoring and maintaining credit control and purchase ledger
Filing and organising financial documents using the company’s CRM system
Assisting with general administrative tasks and Health & Safety support
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve queries
About You:
AAT Level 3 Qualification (essential)
Previous experience working across both sales and purchase ledger
Familiarity with SAGE 50 or similar accounting software
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
A keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
