Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Process customer orders
- Analyse customer issues and provide effective solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding their accounts, products, and services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
About You:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably with experience of order processing
- Proficient in using CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to engage with customers using German language
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
This role is working Monday to Friday with a weekend day to be
worked once per month with a day off in the week
