Are you super organised, with a knack for keeping everything running smoothly? We’re on the lookout for an Office Administrator to join a friendly Banbury-based team. This is a busy, varied role where no two days will be the same
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll play a key part in making sure the team runs like clockwork, with responsibilities such as:
Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices
Updating timesheets and mileage
Accepting deliveries and managing stationery supplies
Handling employee queries and correspondence
Answering calls, filing and keeping records organised
Supporting vehicle insurance, maintenance and on-call cover (on a rota basis)
Jumping in to help with general admin whenever needed
About You:
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organised, with great attention to detail
A strong communicator, comfortable handling calls and emails
Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Happy to work in a varied role where priorities can change day-to-day
