Are you super organised, with a knack for keeping everything running smoothly? We’re on the lookout for an Office Administrator to join a friendly Banbury-based team. This is a busy, varied role where no two days will be the same 

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll play a key part in making sure the team runs like clockwork, with responsibilities such as:

  • Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices

  • Updating timesheets and mileage

  • Accepting deliveries and managing stationery supplies

  • Handling employee queries and correspondence

  • Answering calls, filing and keeping records organised

  • Supporting vehicle insurance, maintenance and on-call cover (on a rota basis)

  • Jumping in to help with general admin whenever needed

About You:
We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Organised, with great attention to detail

  • A strong communicator, comfortable handling calls and emails

  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English

  • Happy to work in a varied role where priorities can change day-to-day
