The Role
As Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
Leading & Supporting Teams: Overseeing AP and AR functions, ensuring efficient processing and effective team leadership.
Cash Flow & FX Management: Managing short- and long-term cash flow forecasting and foreign exchange exposure.
Compliance & Reporting: Owning duty deferment accounts, bonded warehouse compliance, and accurate bank reconciliations.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Preparing P&L forecasts and supporting the annual budgeting process with financial modelling.
Rebates Management: Managing rebate agreements, reconciliations, and commercial policy compliance.
Process Improvements: Driving efficiencies and ensuring robust financial controls across operational finance functions.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Part or fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a finance management role with strong cash flow, forecasting, and AP/AR knowledge.
Exposure to customs processes, bonded warehouse regulations, and HMRC duty deferment (desirable).
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.
