What you’ll be doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
Developing a strong knowledge of the product range to provide accurate advice and recommendations.
Recognising opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Processing orders and enquiries promptly and accurately.
Coordinating with delivery partners to make sure customers receive their orders smoothly and on time.
Escalating more complex queries where required and feeding back customer insights to support continuous improvement.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
The ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Great organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence using IT systems.
A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
It would be great (but not essential) if you also have:
Previous experience in a customer service role (call centre or fast-paced environment desirable).
Experience using CRM systems or ticketing software.
A genuine interest in learning about products and developing your knowledge further.
