Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join a dynamic company in Banbury. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that enhance the online presence and drive engagement

We’re working with a fast-growing global eCommerce brand that has a direct-to-consumer (D2C) focus and a passion for innovation, they are looking for a Digital Advertising Executive to join their ambitious team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Meta Ads experience to own digital advertising strategy and drive results on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead performance-driven global digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and emerging platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Manage KPIs including CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CAC, continuously optimising campaigns to meet performance goals.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to ensure targeting precision and campaign relevance.

  • Collaborate with the website team to align landing pages with ad content, ensuring a seamless and high-converting user journey.

  • Plan and execute campaign strategies for product launches, brand events, and promotions.

  • Manage digital advertising budgets and provide accurate spend forecasting and reporting.

  • Brief the creative team on advertising content needs, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and channel best practices.

  • Work closely with the copywriting team to develop engaging, high-performing ad copy.

  • Analyse campaign data, extract actionable insights, and report on performance to inform strategy.

  • Design and run A/B tests to validate campaign hypotheses and continuously improve effectiveness.

  • Partner with organic social and email marketing teams to deliver cohesive customer journeys.

  • Stay on top of digital advertising trends and platform updates to ensure cutting-edge campaign strategies.

About You:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, with proven success running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram); Google Ads experience highly desirable.

  • Strong skills in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting.

  • Analytical thinker with experience using performance data to drive campaign decisions.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and persuasive ad content.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
