What you’ll be doing
Supporting the administration and delivery of HR policies and procedures
Managing recruitment processes using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Coordinating onboarding activities to ensure a positive and seamless new starter journey
Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring full compliance with data protection requirements
Partnering with managers and providing guidance on employee relations and HR best practice
Delivering training sessions on HR policies and internal procedures where required
Preparing HR reports and analysing key metrics to support informed decision-making
About you
Proven HR experience – Essential
CIPD Level 5 qualified – Minimum requirement
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and administrative capability
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Discreet, professional, and confident handling confidential and sensitive information
A proactive problem-solver with a positive and supportive approach
