Responsibilities:
Conduct professional B2B outbound calling to identify and qualify sales leads
Promote IT products, services, and events on behalf of leading tech clients
Engage with decision-makers in IT departments and schedule follow-up meetings
Work from client-specific project briefs and call lists
Keep data and records accurate and up to date
Produce short written reports on your findings and outcomes
Attend onboarding and training sessions (virtual or in-person)
Collaborate with a friendly and supportive team to meet client expectations
About You:
A confident and professional telephone manner
Highly motivated, results-driven and target focused
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Eager to learn and take on new challenges
It would be great if you also have:
6+ months of office or customer service experience
Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, or appointment setting
Good PC literacy and familiarity with basic office tools
